Refunds
All products sold on this store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Tailored Plans are custom work created specifically for you after purchase. Once work on a Tailored Plan has begun, it is non-refundable.

If you experience a technical problem downloading or accessing your product, contact us at benistrickey16@gmail.com and we'll make sure you get it.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
